Pretty basic hotel, clean, good location, relatively safe and quiet. Not the best service: no rooms were available at their check-in time, 3 pm, on a Friday afternoon, and I was really in a need of rest, I spent 30 min waiting in the lobby. There wasn't any apology for that. The TVs were out of service in the entire property, and they said I'd give me a discount. They were doing some construction in the afternoon when it's normal for people to take a nap. The blackout shades were poorly designed: there was a 1 inch gap, so they weren't really blackout, and there weren't any curtains, so the only options were: completely open without any privacy, facing the parking lot, or quite dark. The key stopped working at one point, and they couldn't fix it at the front desk, so it took extra time and hassle to deal with the maintenance person.

My stay was good but it would have been nice to have working TV's in the room... And an extra blanket for the couch bed lol. But overall no complaints.

Front desk is rude, hotel room was dirty and ran down. Has potential but it’ll never reach it because staff is terrible and they could care less about the service and product they are giving tired travelers.

For the price it was excellent. Decent breakfast every morning. Very comfortable. Good experience.

We reserved a King bed with sofa bed but we didn't realize there is no sofa bed in our room before the sleeping time. So, we had to change the room in the late evening. Check your room if there is a sofa bed first when you go in your room.

Blood stains on the sidewalk, in the room on the floor, sofa and bathroom. In the room the entire floor was sticky and covered in something gross. Parking lot was dark and creepy. The bed was the worst part, felt like it was filled with bricks covered in plywood with no padding at all. Would not recommend to anyone. We would have been more comfortable sleeping on a park bench.
